I wish I had this boom when I was a teenager. I suffered from social anxiety back then and still do a little bit. If I had this book it would have been soo soo different its full incredible information that will literally help you so much you wouldn’t believe it really well done!
This book is amazing. I only got the chance to skim through it and noticed very necessary points that can easily help someone with anxiety. Including adults. This is a book with exercises that can definitely help myself and others to cope, deal with and get through and to better days of having anxiety.
I like the printed version better because I was printing out pages for my daughters but I wanted them to have the full experience of this wonderful information. It is very catchy the way it needs to be so that teens will be interested in working through it.
